In January, NRHA has changed the money earnings eligibility for both NRHA Rookie classes. The Rookie I class is open to any Non Pro rider who has won $500 or less. The Rookie II is now open to any Non Pro rider who has won $1500 or less. This change means that many of you who may not have been eligible to ride in the Rookie class last year are able to ride in it again. Please check your NRHA money earnings to see if you can show in one of the NRHA Rookie classes.
As a result of changes in the money earnings eligibility for these 2 classes, NRHA has also changed which Rookie class qualifies to ride for the Rookie of the Year title – it is now the Rookie I. Again please check your eligibility to determine if you are eligible to rider for this coveted title.
